Fake UGGs
Monday, November 9, 2009Warning!!! Websites that are offering really cheap Ugg Boots are pretty dodgy.
I thought my luck was in when I found the UGG Australia website offering up to 70% off all styles. I have wanted a pair of Classical Tall Uggs for ages but just couldn’t justify the £170 that they are being sold at! So when I found a pair on the website for only £65 pounds I thought I had found a great deal. However on further investigation (I typed into to Google ‘why are these UGGs so cheap on this website….?) I found out that these websites are often from countries like China and the product will either be a very good fake, a complete fallacy (i.e. the products do not exist), the products get seized at customs, or the company have problems processing your payment and you are charged twice sometimes three times! Please heed my advice, I know UGGs are appealing, but make sure you always have the officialt website. There are obviously deals to be had but make sure you are buying the real deal!! There should be a small R after the UGG before Australia, and you can use internet domain searching services to check where the domain is actually registered.
Good UGG hunting!
